On one hand, $50k to get a house built is an awesome deal. On the other hand, that’s a lot of money. And, the world is perpetually ~ on fire. A *very* good choice to have to make!

After ~hours trying to fix it, I give up on a persistently-leaky tubeless and take it to the pros in town. Instead of expensive, thin, and narrow rim tape, they use cheap, wide gorilla tape. Pushing down along the spoke holes and edges, so far so good!

Some done on weekly goals, but a whole bunch not. So, gonna keep the same list for this week. But! 2 good surprise upgrades. Biggest and best is the redneck pool, which will probably turn into at least 3 pools of different temperatures… sometime. And, better power-inverting black box! These took way longer than I hoped, but now done! 2 options for the casita, along with models. One or 2 stories? If 1, should have it set up so that I can relatively-easily add the next later… ideally just unbolting the roof and popping it up to ~8′ higher;)
